• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £70 cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file or deducted from any prepayment.

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations:

• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, or cancel on the same day, the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the card on file.

• If you have prepaid in full, your payment will be retained and non-refundable.

Prepaid Appointments:

• Clients who prepay for treatments and cancel within the 48 hour window or do not attend will not be eligible for a refund.

• Prepayments are held against your booking and cover costs including prescription product preparation and practitioner time.
